Mariela Owen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and implementation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Cognosante since February 2022, Mariela is also an Implementation Specialist with Reliance eHealth Collaborative, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include recruitment, training, and advising healthcare professionals on efficient service use. Prior to these roles, Mariela worked for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon as a Customer Service Ambassador from October 2007 to March 2016, providing training and problem-solving support to customer service staff.
