Dhruv Kaura

Dhruv Kaura is a seasoned executive in the retail industry, currently serving as Vice President of Trends Footwear at Reliance Retail since February 2024, overseeing over 300 stores and 400 shop-in-shops. Prior to this role, Dhruv held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Tasva at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., implementing a go-to-market strategy that successfully launched more than 70 stores across 30 cities. Dhruv's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at adidas Group, where responsibilities encompassed brand growth in North India across both franchise and own retail channels. Dhruv started their career at Bata India Limited, managing key retail operations and achieving recognition as a top District Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Ranbaxy and Perfetti Van Melle. Academically, Dhruv holds a PGDM in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and a BBA in Marketing from Amity University.
