Rajnish Kumar

Rajnish Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rajnish started their career at Tata Steel as a Manager before moving on to work as a Project Manager at Tata Interactive. Rajnish then joined Infosys as a Technical Specialist and later joined Tech Mahindra as a Process Consultant. At Tech Mahindra, they rose to the position of Sr. Process Consultant. Rajnish then moved on to Maersk Global Service Centres where they worked in Business Service Innovation Development. Rajnish later returned to Tech Mahindra as a Senior Business Consultant before joining Reliance Industries Limited as the Chief Data Scientist and Practice Leader for Operations & Engineering Analytics. In this role, they conceptualize, builds, and delivers analytics solutions for various sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, supply chain management, and R&D. Rajnish leads a team of data scientists and provides technical and management oversight. Rajnish also grooms and mentors young data science professionals and manages program and project management. Throughout their career, Rajnish has demonstrated expertise in analytics, business consulting, and process improvement.

Rajnish Kumar completed an MBA in Operations and IT from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Tech degree in Mining Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad from 1996 to 2000. In addition, Rajnish has obtained various certifications from institutions such as The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Coursera, and LinkedIn, covering topics ranging from modern physics to machine learning.
