Shalabh Chowdhary

Shalabh Chowdhary has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shalabh is currently working as the Head Human Resources - Business Partner at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Human Resources - Sales Retail at Future Generali India Life Insurance, where they were responsible for managing the employee life cycle of over 3500 employees across 130 branches in India.

Before joining Future Generali, Shalabh worked as an HR Business Partner Operations & Technology at Citi and as the Head Corporate - Human Resources at Tata AIG. Shalabh also gained valuable international experience as an HR Officer in the South Asia Region for the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In addition, they held HR positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and ICICI Bank, where they provided strategic HR support and managed recruitment and induction processes. Shalabh started their career as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Eicher Motors Ltd.

Throughout their career, Shalabh has demonstrated their ability to develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee life cycles, and drive organizational growth. Shalabh has a strong focus on performance management, compensation, and talent management.
