Anastacia Rollins

Anastacia Rollins brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Vice President of HR Business Partners at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR guidance to executives at the largest refinery operator in the US. Previous roles at Marathon include Senior Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director, overseeing HR functions across corporate and commercial groups. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Talent Management at Boart Longyear and various HR positions at BD, ModusLink, and Dana Incorporated. Anastacia holds dual B.A. degrees in History and French from the University of Utah, along with a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education from Westminster University.
