Michele Weaver

Michele Weaver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales analytics and strategic leadership. Currently serving as AVP of Sales Analytics & Strategy at Reliance Matrix since December 2020, Michele previously held the position of Lead Enterprise Consultant at Zurich North America, where key contributions included managing a team to enhance reporting systems, implementing a customer self-service strategy, and leading a Data Governance Committee. During a 13-year tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Michele progressed through various roles, culminating in the position of Director of Business Analysis, where significant achievements included developing reporting tools, managing customer sick banks, and being recognized as a top performer multiple times. Michele holds an MBA in Mathematical Finance and a BA in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
