Melissa Da Costa's work experience began in 2003 as an Account Manager at MeadWestvaco. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Reliant Medical Group as a Data Analyst and later as a Senior Data Analyst. In 2010, they became the Owner of Nicks Market until 2017. Afterward, they returned to Reliant Medical Group and held various roles, including Manager of Customer Service Operations & Patient Experience, and eventually became the Director of Patient Experience in 2015. In their roles, they were responsible for overseeing patient experience surveys, managing day-to-day operations, communicating with physicians and leaders, and executing patient experience results to executive and senior leadership.
