Barbara Norton-Gill

Barbara Norton-Gill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Barbara currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Relief International. Prior to this role, they worked as the Managing Director at Carroll Strategies Group, where they specialized in creating HR infrastructure for young organizations. Barbara has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Panagora Group and Jhpiego.

Earlier in their career, Barbara worked as the Director of Human Resources at Social Impact, Inc., where they provided HR expertise for an international development consulting firm. Barbara also served as the Director of Human Resources at RONCO Consulting Corporation, an international professional services firm.

Barbara's experience also includes roles at GP Strategies Corporation, where they worked as a Sr. Training Developer and Manager of Pharmaceutical Industry Services, and at SAIC Frederick, NCI - Frederick Cancer Research & Development Center, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter/Employment Representative.

Barbara Norton-Gill, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a degree in Personnel Management from Towson University. Barbara is currently an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resources Administration at Frostburg State University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained certifications including the Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI. Barbara also completed a college preparatory program at John Carroll.
