Erika Willumsen Thrasher

Erika Willumsen Thrasher has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in program funding strategy and corporate partnerships. Erika has worked at Save the Children US since 2000, holding various positions such as Senior Director and Director of Program Funding Strategy, and Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships. In these roles, they have focused on raising funds from corporate, foundation, and high net worth donors, and creating shared value propositions. Erika has also developed fundraising strategies, collaborated with account managers, and presented multi-faceted opportunities for funding, employee engagement, and branding/social media. Erika has also worked as a Senior Manager at Relief International, where they served as the Foundations Partnership Director. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Corporate Communications Manager at World Color and as a Marketing Manager at Juran Institute.

Erika Willumsen Thrasher completed a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they attended the University of Connecticut from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Political Science and History.
