Deepak Vitta

Deepak Vitta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Deepak started in 2009 as a Team Lead Recruitment at Collabera Technologies Pvt. Ltd. From there, they held positions such as Team Manager - Recruitment at IMS People, Team Lead - Recruitments at eTeam, and Channel Sales Group at Collabera. In 2015, they became a Delivery Manager - India & APAC at Apidel Technologies, followed by Managing Delivery - Recruitment at LanceSoft, Inc. in 2016. Deepak then moved on to Xoriant as a Business Operations Lead and Apidel Technologies as a Business Operations Manager - (India & APAC) in 2017. In 2019, they joined Relig Staffing Inc as AVP - Business Operations, and later became Vice President Business Operations. In 2022, they transitioned to Relig Solutions Inc and served as Vice President Business Operations and Vice President Global Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Operations at Relig Solutions Inc.

Deepak Vitta pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Jeevan Sadhana GSEB, where they obtained their HSC degree with a focus on Commerce. Following that, from 2004 to 2007, they enrolled at the National Institute of Management (NIM) and earned a Graduation Degree in Business Administration (GDBA).

In addition to their formal education, Deepak Vitta also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma White Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in March 2022.
