Jose Melendez

Jose Melendez has a diverse range of work experience in software quality assurance and related roles. Jose has held positions at various companies, including ReloQuest, Inc., e-Builder, TracFone Wireless, Coronado Supply, and Proyectos 31a.

At ReloQuest, Inc., Melendez served as a Software QA Engineer and later advanced to the role of Software QA Lead. Their responsibilities included analyzing functional requirements, planning and prioritizing test-related tasks, and training new team members.

During their time at e-Builder, Melendez worked as a Software QA Engineer, focusing on executing functional, regression, and smoke testing. Jose also performed manual testing and analyzed results of regression testing.

At TracFone Wireless, Melendez served as an SQA Analyst, where they conducted extensive functional testing of devices, web applications, and mobile apps. Jose also designed and developed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.

Melendez has also gained experience in other domains, including warehouse operations at Caripack, Courier and Cargo, and data analysis and database testing at Coronado Supply. Jose has additionally held roles as an Engineering Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, and Repair and Quality Technician.

Jose Melendez earned an Associates Degree in Computer Sciences from Instituto Universitario Jesus Obrero, where they studied Software. Jose later went on to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from IUTOMS, specializing in Computer Engineering.
