Christina Matos-Bucher has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christina currently holds the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Reltio, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director, HRBP at Reltio from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Reltio, Christina worked as a Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Brain Corp from 2020 to 2021. Christina also served as the Director of HR Shared Services at Zovio from 2018 to 2020 and as the Human Resources Director at Altium from 2015 to 2018.

Christina Matos-Bucher holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Global Leadership - Business from the University of San Diego, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Christina also completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Development at Villanova University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Christina earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid Certified from the National Council for Behavioral Health in March 2021, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015, Predictive Index Certified Analyst from The Predictive Index in the year 2001, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in January 2021.
