Milena Stepanova

Milena Stepanova has a diverse work experience, starting in 2021 as a Research Assistant at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics. In 2022, they became an Education Manager at UniPage Education Abroad. Milena then had multiple roles at the University of Michigan, including Course Intern and Research Assistant. Milena also served as a Summer Scientific Analytics Intern at Deep Knowledge Group in 2023. Additionally, Milena held various positions at different companies, such as McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Business Analyst Intern, and at Michigan Open UX, where they were a Co-President and UX Researcher. Milena was also part of Rem and Company as a Director of DEI and Strategist. Furthermore, Milena participated in the Out for Undergrad organization as a Mentorship Program Attendee and as a Digital Conference Attendee. Lastly, they joined MProduct as a WebDesign Subteam member and Product Manager.

Milena Stepanova has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. Milena also participated in a Summer Semester Abroad at the Educational Scientific Center Sirius, focusing on Clinical Psychology. For their International Baccalaureate, Milena studied Psychology, Economics, English at a higher level, and Biology, Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches, and Literature at a standard level. Milena attended Letovo School, where they studied Economics, Mathematics, and Social Studies. Milena also completed certifications in Human Subjects Protections and Responsible Conduct of Research and Scholarship from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Additionally, Milena holds certifications in First Aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross and Open Water Diver from PADI.
