Raymond Balestramon

Raymond Balestramon is an experienced Dynamic Positioning Operator with a robust career in maritime operations. Currently employed at Rem Offshore since April 2022, Raymond has previously held similar positions at Noble Drilling, Solstad Farstad ASA, and Olympic Subsea ASA. From December 2016 to March 2018, Raymond served as a Shipboard Training Officer at The Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, assisting cadets with their Training Record Books and integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience on training vessels. Earlier roles include serving as 2nd Officer/DPO and 3rd Officer/Jr DPO at Rem Offshore and OSM Maritime Services, respectively, and completing training as a DP Trainee with Saipem. Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Nautical from the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, obtained in 2007.
