Barbara Gasper, PMP, CSM

Barbara Gasper is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Barbara started their career in 1997 as an Analyst Manager at Integrated Health Services, where they worked until 1999. In 2000, they joined Allegis Group as an Analysis Manager, and they stayed there until 2002.

From 2002 to 2005, Barbara served as the Associate Director of IT Project Management at the American College of Cardiology. This role allowed their to gain valuable experience in managing projects within the healthcare industry.

In 2005, they joined Educate, Inc. as the Director of Application Development, Quality Assurance Testing, and Tech Documentation. Barbara held this position until 2011, overseeing the development of various applications and ensuring quality in the testing process.

Since 2011, Barbara has held roles at Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Director of Product Analysis, where they led a team of business/systems analysts, scrum masters, QA engineers, and project managers. Barbara'sresponsibilities include managing a portfolio of technology projects and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including business process reengineering, QA and user acceptance testing, and project management.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Barbara Gasper has consistently demonstrated their expertise in successfully managing projects and teams throughout their career.

Barbara Gasper, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on IT from Colorado Technical University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2016, as well as the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2016.
