Jamie Montealegre, PMP, CSM

Jamie Montealegre, PMP, CSM, has extensive experience in project management and software engineering. From 2017 to present, Jamie has been an IT Project Manager at Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy, where they oversee various IT projects, interface with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and assist in program management. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Fortna Inc. from 2013 to 2017 as an Integrated Technology Services (ITS) Project Manager, leading multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensuring timely completion of milestones. They also served as a primary point of contact for clients and provided elite customer service. From 2008 to 2012, Jamie worked at Wynright as both a Project Manager and a Software Engineer. In the role of Project Manager, they managed complex projects in material handling solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and assessing customer requirements. As a Software Engineer, they developed software programs, created documentation, and provided testing and troubleshooting support.

Jamie Montealegre, PMP, CSM, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida in 2008. In 2016, Jamie obtained the Competent Communicator (CC) & Competent Leader (CL) certifications from Toastmasters International. In 2014, Jamie became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in 2012, Jamie obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2008, Jamie became a Certified Software Development Professional (CSDA) through the IEEE Computer Society.
