Esther Broer

Esther Broer, MSc MBA, currently serves as a Business Strategy Manager at AbbVie since June 2024, focusing on strengthening brand strategies and facilitating launch readiness. Previously, Esther held the position of Senior Manager for Life Sciences at Eraneos from September 2022 to May 2024, specializing in digital transformation consultancy. Esther's experience includes significant roles at Stryker, where contributions were made as Senior Manager Market Development and Sr. Product and Marketing Manager for ENT in Europe, as well as impactful positions at Incyte, TEVA Pharmaceuticals Europe, Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition, and Janssen Pharmaceuticals, among others. Esther holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master of Science in Biology from Radboud University.
