John M. Gould

John M. Gould has extensive experience in finance and accounting. John M. began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant from 1991 to 1996. John M. then joined Omnicare, where they worked for 13 years in various roles, including Controller, Regional CFO, and Senior Regional CFO. During their time at Omnicare, they managed accounting and finance functions for multiple operating locations, oversaw compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations, and led a team of finance professionals. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the CFO of the Long Term Care Pharmacy Division at Omnicare, responsible for financial and operational reporting, budgeting, and acquisition integration. In 2014, John M. Gould joined Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy as the Chief Financial Officer.

John M. Gould attended Bowling Green State University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. In addition, they have acquired additional certifications such as the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor in September 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which is currently inactive. This certification was obtained in November 1994 from the State of Ohio.
