Amy Grinnell-Epperson

Amy Grinnell-Epperson has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President - People & Culture at Remington Hospitality. Prior to this, they worked at McKesson as a Director, HR Business Partner for the McKesson Technology division. Amy also has experience working at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where they held various roles including Sr. Director - Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Before that, they worked at JCPenney as a Sr. HR Manager and HR Manager. Early in their career, they worked at Kohl's Department Stores as a College Recruitment Manager and College Recruiter. Amy also gained experience as a Student Assistant at Texas Tech University and as an Assistant Area Sales Management Intern at Dillards.

Amy Grinnell-Epperson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they pursued a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2006, specializing in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
