Dan Aswell

Dan Aswell has extensive work experience in the field of benefits and human resources. Dan most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Remington Hotels, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's employee benefits programs. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Benefits and HR Systems and later as the Director of Benefits and HR Systems at the same company. Before joining Remington Hotels, Dan worked at PremierSource as a Sr. Practice Leader, where they led a team of consultants in employee benefit and group health brokerage and consulting. Dan also played a key role in integrating a new practice into the parent company. Prior to PremierSource, Dan worked at G6 Hospitality LLC as the Director of Benefits and Wellness, where they were responsible for planning and managing the employee health and welfare plan. Their work involved analyzing utilization trends and implementing programs to improve employee health. Dan started their career at Zale Jewelers as a Sr. Benefits Analyst, handling benefits for various regions.

Dan Aswell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources from Louisiana Tech University in 2000. Dan then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university, completing it in 2004.
