Amanda Gray

CHRO at Remington Hotels

Joined Remington in 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for crafting a unified human capital vision across all Ashford portfolio companies, including Remington, Inspire, Red Hospitality and Leisure, OpenKey, Premier and Pure Wellness. In this position, she oversees efforts across the enterprise to attract, retain and develop a guest-centric team to continue growth. She also ensures company culture, mission and values are embedded throughout the organization.

Most recently, Amanda was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the Vice President of People and Culture for the Americas. In this role she, was responsible for the human resources function for hotels across North America, South America, Canada and the Caribbean, and her responsibilities include driving the talent strategy key in supporting the company's growth, thriving through industry cycles, and evolving the company's position as a great place to work and grow for all.

Prior to Four Seasons, Amanda was Vice President, Talent Management and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer where she championed creating an exceptional work environment and employee experience for The Michaels Companies, Inc., a specialty retailer that operates 1,275 stores in the US and Canada. She was responsible for leading programs designed to attract, hire, develop, and retain the best talent for the company. Some of her accomplishments include opening international offices in China and Hong Kong and spearheading efforts resulting in the company being certified as a Great Place to Work.
