Nauman Sohani

Nauman Sohani is an accomplished Control Systems Engineer currently holding the title of Control Systems Engineer III at Remora since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sohani had a progressive career at General Motors from September 2019 to August 2022, where titles included Senior Vehicle Dynamics Controls Engineer and Vehicle Dynamics Controls Engineer, focusing on motion control and state estimation algorithms for electric and high-performance vehicles. Sohani's background includes work as a Feature Function Engineer defining controls for electric vehicle programs and a Controls Design Engineer developing chassis control algorithms. Previous experience spans an academic role as a CEDO Engineering OnRamp Instructor at the University of Michigan, research as a Graduate Student Research Assistant in the Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory, and internships with Conavi Medical, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and the University of Toronto.
