Carlota Royuela

Carlota Royuela is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently working with the Employee Lifecycle team at Remote since July 2023. With extensive experience in design leadership roles at companies such as Pitch and Typeform.com, Carlota has demonstrated a strong ability to shape product vision and strategy while conducting user research to address the needs of HR professionals. Previous positions include Senior UX Designer at eDreams ODIGEO, where responsibilities included enhancing ecommerce strategies, and Senior Interaction Designer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on interaction patterns for printers. Carlota also contributed to education as a UI Design & Prototyping teacher at BTS. Academic credentials include a degree in Graphic Design from Elisava and a User Experience Design degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
