Innes Bailey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Innes started their career in 1997 as a Management Consultant at PwC Consulting, where they gained experience in data warehouse design, system testing, and delivery team leading. Innes later joined Touch Clarity as a Client Services Manager, where they oversaw client implementations and ongoing service for web analytics and predictive marketing software.

In 2005, Bailey joined Thomsons Online Benefits as the Head of Solutions Delivery, managing a team responsible for delivering SaaS software to clients. Innes grew the team from 6 to over 50 employees, delivering projects to a wide range of UK and global clients. Innes also played a role in team resourcing, strategic planning, people planning, and the creation of a nearshore team in Romania.

Bailey then served as the Head of Operational Excellence at Thomsons Online Benefits, where they managed a team delivering internal business change and transformation projects. Innes oversaw key programs, including client satisfaction, client journey alignment, incident and problem management, and the rollout of new business systems.

In 2020, Bailey joined Darwin as a Transformational Change Director, overseeing a three-year transformation program across commercial, technology, and service functions. Innes worked closely with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet financial goals.

Most recently, Bailey held the position of Senior Director Customer Operations at Oyster, a company that facilitates remote hiring and provides employment guidance. Innes was responsible for customer experience, including guiding hiring managers and employees through the hiring process and providing compliance advice.

Currently, Bailey serves as the Director of Customer Success at Remofirst, a position they started in April 2023.

Innes Bailey completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Strathclyde between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, they pursued studies in Electronic Engineering at the Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1 from 1994 to 1995.
