Mary Long

Mary Long, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mary started their career at Durham Bulls Baseball Club as a Baseball Operations Trainee in 2009. In 2008, they worked as a Waitress and Hostess at 411 West Italian Cafe. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Greene Resources, where they held the positions of HR Coordinator & Resource Administrator and later became an On-Site Manager responsible for various HR programs and policies. In 2017, Mary joined RemX | The Workforce Experts as a Staffing Performance Manager in the Cary, NC market. Mary was then promoted to the role of Director of Operations in December 2018. Mary'sresponsibilities included coordinating the delivery of qualified associates for clients, ensuring associate engagement, and overseeing program performance.

Mary Long, PHR, SHRM-CP attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2006 to 2010, where they received a BA degree in Communication Studies. In 2014, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and in 2015, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Mary also holds additional certifications including Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) from the National Association of Staffing Professionals, obtained in 2012.
