Nick Castle

Nick Castle has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Operations at RENA Technologies North America since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems from September 2018 to February 2022 and as the Plant Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing from February 2016 to January 2018. Nick also held various supervisory positions at Blount International, Inc. from June 2010 to November 2015, including the role of Manufacturing Manager for the Portland Chain Manufacturing Group. Nick gained experience in managing CNC machining departments and contributing to continuous improvement strategies as a Manufacturing Supervisor at A-dec from October 2008 to August 2010. Additionally, Nick worked at Leupold & Stevens, Inc., where they held multiple titles and worked on design, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement engineering, and ERP implementation projects from March 2004 to January 2009. Nick began their career as a Machinist and Shop Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps from June 1993 to June 1997.

Nick Castle attended Oregon State University from 1998 to 2004, earning two Bachelor of Science degrees. Nick'sfirst degree was in Manufacturing Engineering, while their second degree was in Industrial Engineering.
