Lamara Petrossian

Lamara Petrossian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lamara worked as a Head of Human Resources Russia at Renaissance Capital, where they provided comprehensive support to key reward initiatives and kept up-to-date with HR and business issues. Prior to that, they were a Global Compensation Manager and HR Business Partner at the same company, responsible for budget revisions and managing staff-related expenses. Lamara also served as an HR, Payroll, Compensations & Benefits Specialist - Coordinator at MTS Group, where they handled payroll processes, prepared reports, and improved compensation and benefits systems. Lamara started their career as a Fellow Research Associate at the Armenian National Academy of Science and worked as a TV Anchor at TV5 broadcasting company. Additionally, Lamara worked as an Interpreter at BSC LLC.

Lamara Petrossian holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International HR from Kingston University London, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Lamara also obtained a PhD in Philology - comparative linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University, where they studied from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma - Masters in French and English from Yerevan State Linguistics University after V. Brusov between 1997 and 2002.
