Kristin Grillo

Kristin Grillo is a seasoned professional in talent development, engagement, and recruitment, currently serving as Manager of Talent Development and Engagement and Director of Recruiting at Renaissance Financial since April 2018. Kristin is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified financial advisors and staff, as well as managing intern programs and supervising licensing processes.
