Hayes Laughlin, RPA, is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and architectural field representation. Currently serving as Construction Administrator at Renaissance Group since July 2020, Hayes is responsible for field inspections, progress reporting, and design consultation. Prior roles include Project Director at Miconi Project Management, where Hayes oversaw significant projects such as the Kilgore Flares project and the Collierville High School, and Project Manager positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Smith-Doyle Contractors, managing various construction projects. With a history at FedEx as Senior Project Manager, Hayes has been instrumental in large-scale developments including the FedEx World Tech Center. Hayes is also the owner of OnSite Representation & Hayes Laughlin Art & Photography, providing architectural representation and photography services.
