Kushan Jayatilleke

Kushan Jayatilleke has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Kushan has held various roles in prominent companies such as Renaissance Learning, Labrys Software, Bankers Healthcare Group, TransUnion, and TLO Corp. Starting from 2010, Kushan worked as a Software Developer at TLO Corp until 2014. Kushan then joined TransUnion, where they served as a Software Engineering Manager from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Kushan advanced to the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at TransUnion. In 2021, they joined Bankers Healthcare Group as a Senior Software Engineering Manager for a brief period of six months. Kushan then became the Founder of Labrys Software in 2013. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Software Engineering at Renaissance Learning since July 2021.

Kushan Jayatilleke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Plantation High School from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
