Molly Gardner

Molly Gardner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Counsel at RenaissanceRe since March 2015, Molly has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Vice President roles focusing on securities, governance, and corporate finance. Prior to RenaissanceRe, Molly served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Platinum Administrative Services, Inc., and gained foundational legal experience at Heller Ehrman as an Associate. Molly began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
