Cindy Riedel

Cindy Riedel-Mutti has a diverse background in healthcare technology and data analytics. Cindy is currently serving as the Chief Population Health Officer at Renal Care 360° since 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Vice President at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Renal Care 360°, Cindy worked as an Independent Consultant from 2022 to 2022, where they served as a Technology Consultant. Cindy also has experience at American Physician Partners, where they held the role of Assistant Vice President | Enterprise Data Governance & Quality from 2018 to 2022, focusing on data analytics, billing, and reporting solutions to optimize efficiency and profitability in healthcare settings.

Cindy has also worked at DST Systems as the IT Director of Service Management from 2017 to 2018, where they prioritized major IT project initiatives and established operational and service level agreements. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager | Integration Solution Architect at DaVita Falcon Physician (EMR) from 2014 to 2018, where they focused on elevating physician work experience and improving patient care through data analytics strategies.

In their earlier years, Cindy worked at MobileMD, Inc. as a Technical Analyst from 2013 to 2014, responsible for remote interfacing of healthcare data with Siemens MobileMD clientele. Cindy also served as a Senior Project Manager | Technical Engineer at Siemens Healthcare from 2013 to 2014, focusing on HIE system installations.

Cindy's career in healthcare technology began at DaVita, where they held various roles as an Integration Manager, Design Team Manager, and Design Team Analyst from 2009 to 2013. Cindy'sresponsibilities involved coordinating the design process for EMR solutions and managing HL7 interfaces.

Prior to their healthcare technology career, Cindy worked at Joco Tek Systems @ Dignity Health as a Solutions Manager specializing in HL7 Interfaces in 2012 and at HNTB as a SharePoint Designer and Research Analyst from 2009 to 2009.

Cindy Riedel-Mutti is currently pursuing a degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Regent University.
