Jean Delbridge

Jean Delbridge, MAS, SHRM-SCP, GPHR has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Jean is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Renal Care 360°. Prior to this role, Jean served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Primeritus Financial Services. Jean also worked at Amedisys as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where Jean oversaw a wide range of HR functions including talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Before that, Jean was a Regional Human Resources Director at HCA Physician Services, where Jean played a key role in the acquisition integration process and provided support for organizational development. Additionally, Jean held a leadership position as the VP of Human Resources at Lightning Source, where Jean implemented programs to align employee retention with recruitment efforts. Earlier in Jean's career, Jean worked at Cardinal Health and Sprint, where Jean managed HR operations, developed talent management processes, and drove cost-saving initiatives. Jean possesses strong expertise in strategic HR management and has a proven track record of improving business performance through effective HR initiatives.

Jean Delbridge, MAS, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which was obtained between 1985 and 1989. Jean also holds a Master of Management and Administrative Sciences degree in Human Resources Development from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, which was earned between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Jean has several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Veterans at Work Certificate from SHRM. Jean also has a California HR certification from the HR Certification Institute and has obtained certifications from The University of Texas at Dallas and the HR Certification Institute in Executive and Professional Coaching and Global Professional Human Resources, respectively.
