David Salvador

David Salvador's work experience includes:

1. Senior Program Manager at Renalytix (2021-present): David is responsible for managing programs at Renalytix, an artificial intelligence-enabled in vitro diagnostics company focused on optimizing clinical management of kidney disease. David works on the KidneyIntelX platform, which uses AI algorithms to generate patient risk scores by combining various data inputs.

2. Project Manager at Ambry Genetics (2018-2021): David led project teams and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders, partners, consultancies, and vendors. David integrated external testing partners and validated specimen transport and secure transfer of orders and results. David also trained field teams and customer support staff.

3. Clinical Laboratory Manager at Ambry Genetics (2008-2018): David produced diagnostic testing results for hereditary cancers, cardiomyopathies, neurological and general genetic disorders. David addressed staffing and personnel issues, ensured quality assurance and quality control, and managed test turnaround time. David led a team of eight to ten direct reports and supported their career growth and development.

David Salvador attended UC Irvine from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. David also holds additional certifications as a Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist from the State of California and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained by Ambry Genetics.
