Nancy Yee

Nancy Yee is a Recruiting Lead at Render. Nancy has over 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Business Operations. Nancy has a proven track record of successfully acquiring top talent and building strong teams. Nancy has also led various process improvement initiatives that have increased efficiency and effectiveness in the Talent Acquisition function.

Nancy started their career as an Operations Associate at One Medical in 2011. Nancy was quickly promoted to Operations Manager and oversaw all aspects of the Operations department. In 2014, they left One Medical to join Intereal Corporation as their Operations Manager.

In 2015, Nancy joined MileIQ - Mileage Tracking The Way You Need it to Work as their People and Talent Operations Manager. That same year, Microsoft acquired MileIQ and Nancy transitioned to Sr. Business Operations & Program Manager, People & Talent Acquisition. Nancy held this role until 2019 when they left Microsoft to join Point as their People & Talent Acquisition Lead.

Nancy is currently a Recruiting Lead at Render. In this role, they are responsible for leading the recruiting team and ensuring that all hiring goals are met. Nancy is an expert in Talent Acquisition and has a proven track record of success in this area.

Nancy Yee began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Women's Studies from California State University San Marcos. Nancy then obtained certification from the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca). Finally, they obtained a Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate.
