Malini Narayanamoorthi

Malini Narayanamoorthi is a leader in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in semiconductor IPs across Data Centre, Server, Storage, Networking, and Consumer products. Currently serving as the Country Head/President of Renesas India and Senior Director of Engineering at Renesas Electronics since February 2023, Malini previously held various engineering leadership positions at Rambus from September 2016 to February 2023, including Director of Engineering and Director of Application Engineering. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Snowbush® IP, technical positions at Synopsys, and foundational engineering work at National Semiconductor. Malini holds a Master's degree in High Performance Computing from the Singapore MIT Alliance and a Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
