Pradeep Bhardwaj

Pradeep Bhardwaj is a seasoned Senior Staff Applications Engineer at Renesas Electronics, specializing in post-silicon validation and test hardware design for high-speed memory interface products since January 2024. With a diverse background in system design and electrical engineering, Pradeep has held roles such as System Design Consultant at Blueflux Power, Senior Electrical Engineer III at MVE Biological Solutions, and Senior Electronics Engineer at NCR Corporation. Key achievements include the development of control systems for cryogenic storage and specialty thawing devices, as well as contributions to sensor design for medical applications at Maxim Integrated and Intersil. Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace & Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
