Nick Li

Nick Li is the Vice President at ReneSola. Prior to this, they were the Auditing Manager at Shanghai Zhongji Investment Holding Co., Ltd. from January 2017 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing risks in various areas of the company, including finance, purchasing, HR, organization, legal, GRC processes, and economic activity. Nick also planned and conducted audit programs, documented audit work processes and results, and drafted and finished audit reports.

Nick has also provided consulting services regarding risk management in the auditee fields, GRC and internal control management. Nick has regularly carried out financial audits, business achievement audits, investment project specific audits, economic contract audits, and deputy general senior management turnover audits for group companies and three listed companies. Additionally, they have audited the implementation of the company's related system to the company, checked and supervised the internal control system of the molecular company, and managed the authorization system.

Nick has also established and improved the internal audit system of the company, formulated and improved the internal audit process, and formulated internal audit procedures or methods. Nick has disclosed major problems existing in the company, proposed audit improvements on specific matters, and provided solutions for risks and other rationalization proposals. Nick has also prepared audit reports to submit to the board of directors, elaborated corrective proposals and periodic audit summaries, and supervised and promoted effective achievement of all departments' improvement measures.

Lastly, Nick has participated in due diligence, post management and risk assessment.

Nick Li has a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Strathclyde Business School as well as a Bachelor Degree in Economics with a focus on International Trade from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Nick is also certified by the Ministry of Finance in Intermediate Accounting.

Nick Li reports to Yumin Liu, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Wei Fang - Vice President, Ke Chen - Chief Financial Officer and Board of Director, and Crystal Li - Vice President of Investment and Board of Director.
