Technical Support Services (TSS) Technician at Renew IT

Bishesh BK began their work experience as a team member at Coles in November 2018. They then worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's from April 2018 to September 2020. From December 2019 to April 2022, Bishesh worked as an IT Desktop Support contractor at Axiom Technologies, troubleshooting hardware issues and providing remote assistance for network and connectivity problems. They also worked as Information Technology Help Desk Support at Ignite from September 2020 to April 2022, handling ticket creation and updating, configuring printers and office 365, and providing support to end-users. Bishesh's experience also includes working as a Cisco Field Engineer (Contract) at XnetIT from September 2020 to April 2022, where they installed Cisco routers and switches, provided user support, and troubleshooted hardware. They then worked as an Operation Team Member at Bunnings from November 2021 to September 2022. Currently, Bishesh is working as a Technical Support Services (TSS) Technician at Renew IT - Australia's leading IT Asset Managed Services Provider.

Bishesh BK completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Federation University Australia, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Prerana Higher Secondary School from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Currently, they are pursuing a Professional Year program at QIBA, specializing in Bachelor of Information Technology since 2021.
