Maria Au Yan

Prior to joining REC, Maria was employed with the Singapore Exchange Limited. Before joining the Singapore Exchange Limited, she was the Head of Legal Department in Norske Skog PanAsia Paper Pte. Ltd. She was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989 and the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales in 2005.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Masters of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore.
