Bernadette Holland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bernadette is currently working as a Community Engagement Coordinator at RES since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pacific Hydro as a Senior Project Leader, Community Investment and Communications from February 2020 to May 2022. Bernadette also held the position of Community Investment & Communications Coordinator from March 2019 to February 2020 and served as an Executive Assistant from January 2011 to March 2019 at the same company. Before joining Pacific Hydro, Bernadette worked as an Executive Assistant at HSBC from August 2008 to August 2010 and at ANZ from March 2006 to July 2008. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Business Support Manager at Hudson from April 2005 to March 2006. Additionally, Bernadette has worked as a Personal Assistant to a Director at Arup from May 2004 to October 2004 and as a Team Secretary/Office Manager at Taylor Woodrow Developments from March 2003 to April 2004.
Bernadette Holland attended RMIT University from 2016 to 2017. During this period, they pursued Professional Writing and Editing, focusing on developing their skills in this field. Bernadette also obtained additional certifications to further enhance their expertise. In December 2021, they completed a course in Socially Responsible Renewable Energy Development from Griffith University. Additionally, in July 2020, they acquired the certification for Engagement Essentials from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Australasia.
