Naseer Mirza

Naseer Mirza has over 7 years of work experience in the renewable energy industry. Naseer started their career as an O&M Administrator at Solarplicity, where they monitored small-scale solar PV installations. Naseer then became an O&M Manager at the same company, overseeing domestic and commercial O&M projects.

Mirza later joined Lightsource Renewable Energy as an O&M Reporting Coordinator and PV Performance Analyst, where they were responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting solar sites.

Naseer then worked at Cobalt Energy as an O&M Coordinator and PV Performance Analyst, coordinating maintenance activities and managing a team of service technicians and engineers. Naseer was later promoted to O&M Manager, where they established a high-quality O&M service and ensured compliance with safety regulations.

Mirza also worked at 2DegreesKelvin as an Operations Manager, specializing in solar farm assessment and clean technology adoption. Naseer currently holds the position of O&M Project Manager at RES, where they manage project work and identifies new opportunities.

Throughout their career, Mirza has demonstrated expertise in O&M, project management, and renewable energy. Naseer has a strong track record in ensuring operational efficiency, implementing preventive and reactive maintenance strategies, and meeting client expectations.

Naseer Mirza completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Córdoba from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained an Associate's Degree in International Business from Kristianstad University, which occurred from 2010 to 2011.
