Ronny Boije

Asset Manager at Renewable Energy Systems

Ronny Boije has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ronny started their career in 2004 as a Test/Repair Technician for Solectron, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware in Ericsson's AXE switches. Ronny worked with different test methods and measurement instruments, as well as reading and understanding circuit diagrams. Ronny also had repair responsibilities for multiple products.

In 2010, Ronny worked as a Wind Power Technician for Enercon GmbH. Ronny performed service and maintenance tasks on wind turbines in the county, where they took responsibility for planning workdays and conducted electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

From 2012-2013, Ronny served as a Service Technician for Furuno Sverige AB, specializing in marine electronics. Ronny provided service for navigation and communication equipment and participated in onboard service and installations.

In 2013, Ronny worked as a Fire Guard for G4S, where they supervised and ensured compliance with safety regulations for hot work activities to prevent fire incidents.

Ronny then transitioned to a role as a Resource Educator for Krokoms Kommun, where they worked with students with moderate to severe developmental disabilities. Ronny'sresponsibilities included training and supporting students in various areas to enhance their independence.

From 2015-2021, Ronny worked as a Project Engineer at ADB Safegate, specializing in airport systems and specifically their ILCMS system. Ronny was recognized as an expert in aviation ground lighting (AGL) and played a senior project/system engineering role.

Most recently, in 2021-2022, Ronny served as a Facility Manager for Swedavia AB, overseeing the Åre/Östersund Airport.

Ronny Boije holds a Bachelor's degree in Byggnadsteknik from Mid Sweden University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. Prior to that, between 2001 and 2004, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Elektroteknik from the same university.
