Will Schultek

Will Schultek has a diverse range of work experience in the construction and energy industry. Will most recently served as the Vice President of Construction for RES, a solar company, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Construction, Solar at RES from May 2018 to February 2022.

Before joining RES, Schultek worked at Pattern Energy Group LP as a Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator from January 2017 to April 2018.

Will also has experience with Blattner Energy, where they worked as a Site Manager - Solar from May 2015 to June 2016. Schultek previously worked at Blattner Energy as a Site Manager - Solar from October 2013 to April 2014 and as a Project Engineer from February 2013 to October 2013. Will began their career at Blattner Energy as a Field Engineer from May 2009 to February 2013.

In 2014, Schultek took a year off for an around the world trip, visiting 16+ countries and 6 continents under their own company, Schultek LLC.

Will Schultek attended the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a focus on Construction Management. Additionally, they chose to minor in Management during their time at the university.
