Cheryl Boyd

Cheryl Boyd has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cheryl started their career as a Human Resources Director at Renewal by Andersen of Florida in July 2014, where they focused on recruiting and retaining talent for the company. Cheryl then moved on to Mellick Construction as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for overseeing restoration projects and managing staff. In 2017, they volunteered at Feeding Children Everywhere. Cheryl later returned to human resources as a Director, first at Universal Roof & Contracting, where they developed HR policies and programs, and then at Mellick Group, LLC, where they provided workforce for multiple companies.

Cheryl Boyd obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Belhaven University, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. Cheryl also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Valencia College. Cheryl has additional certifications including OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute and certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens and Standard First-Aid from the National CPR Foundation, obtained in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
