Lonn Combs

Lonn Combs is a principal and co-founder of EASTON+COMBS, an internationally recognized architectural firm established in June 2004, known for innovative building strategies that integrate material practice, digital methodology, and applied architectural research. Combs has served as an associate professor with tenure at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's School of Architecture since July 2010, where responsibilities include directing the Master of Architecture program and teaching design and research seminars. Combs was awarded the 2012 Rome Prize in Architecture by the American Academy in Rome, recognizing outstanding contributions to the field. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
