Joe Zhou has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Joe began their career at Gallup, where they worked as a Statistical Consultant, leading projects for clients such as Walmart, Verizon, Sears, Wachovia, and HCA. During this time, they were responsible for study design, questionnaire development, data analysis, and predictive model building. In 2004, Joe joined Citi as a Director, Risk Manager, where they held the position until 2007. Joe then moved to GM Financial as an AVP, Operation Analytics for a year and a half. Joe's next role was at Nissan Motor Corporation as an Advanced Risk Analytics Manager, where they worked for six years. After that, they joined Nationstar Mortgage as a VP, Risk Management for a year before transitioning to Bank of America as an SVP, Consumer Behavior Modeling. Joe worked at Bank of America for two years before joining Rent-A-Center as the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where they currently hold a position.
Joe Zhou earned a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA) with a focus on Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Joe completed this degree program from 1996 to 1998.
