Kari Guillette

Kari Guillette has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. Kari began their career in 1995 as a Management Associate at Equity Office Properties. In 1999, they moved to Aimco as a City Manager. In 2008, they were a Senior Property Manager at Fieldstone Florida Management, LLC. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Community Manager at The Benchmark Group. In 2011, they were a Senior Property Manager at Harbor Group, where they managed a newly acquired property in St. Petersburg, Florida and completed a $4.5 million renovation. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Regional Manager at Fieldstone Florida Management. From 2014 to 2016, they were a District Manager and Senior Property Manager at Robbins Property Associates. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have held the roles of Head of Sales, Head of Account Executives, Director of Business Development, and General Manager at Rent Ready.

Kari Guillette has obtained training and education from three institutions. Kari has a Pastry Chef degree from the Connecticut Culinary Institute in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef, an LCAM from Florida in Condo, Co-ops, HOA'S and Timeshares, and has taken courses in Accounting from Tunxis Community College.
