Beth J. Kaplan

Beth J. Kaplan is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operating Advisor at Timber Grove Ventures and a Venture Partner at Revolution Ventures. Kaplan holds multiple board positions, including director roles at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants, Brilliant Earth, Crocs, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and Rent The Runway, where extensive responsibilities included overseeing finance, logistics, merchandising, and retail operations as President and COO. Kaplan also serves as a Managing Member at Axcel Partners and has been involved with Care/of and Meredith Corporation as a board member. Kaplan holds a BA/MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School.
