Aulexia Howard

Aulexia Howard has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Auditing. Aulexia began their career in 1994 as an Auditor at the Georgia Department of Audits and worked there until 1998. Aulexia then transitioned to the role of QA Analyst at Peachtree Software from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked as a Platform Engineer and QA Analyst at WebTone Technologies from 2000 to 2002. Aulexia then joined Citizens Financial Group as an AVP, IT Audit Manager from 2005 to 2009. Aulexia then worked at SunTrust Bank as a Sr. IT Risk Assessment Analyst from 2009 to 2013, where they conducted Information Security Control Assessments and assisted with offshore vendor risk assessments. Aulexia then worked as a Principal IT Audit Analyst at Crawford & Company from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Information Security Analyst at Rent.

Aulexia Howard obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. Aulexia attended the university from 1990 to 1993. Aulexia also holds additional certifications including Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA (obtained in December 2018), ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in February 2018), Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA (obtained in November 2006), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft (obtained in May 2001).
